The Department of Fisheries is advising water users between Point Peron and Golden Bay to exercise additional caution, following the discovery of a whale carcass at Port Kennedy this morning.

Department of Fisheries is advising water users, between Ocean Reef and Scarborough, to exercise additional caution after part of a whale carcass washed ashore near Sorrento today.

After a series of shark sightings along the Perth coast today, the Department of Fisheries is advising water users between Ocean Reef and Port Beach to exercise additional caution. 

After nine detections of a tagged white shark early today, the Department of Fisheries is advising water users at Middleton beach to exercise additional caution. Middleton beach has been closed by the City of Albany.

A satellite-linked shark monitor has been installed near the Busselton Jetty today and activated ready to detect any tagged sharks that may pass by the area.

After a series of tagged white shark detections were recorded along the Perth coast early this morning and late yesterday afternoon, the Department of Fisheries is advising water users between Floreat and Mindarie to exercise additional caution.
